Job summary

Kris Business Hub in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a results-driven professional to join the Load Control Unit. You will develop and implement a Quality Assurance program, and maintain up-to-date SOPs, manuals, and training documentation for load control processes.

The role includes planning and delivering initial and recurrent training for Load Control Officers, coordinating audits, and ensuring compliance with CAAS, IATA, and ICAO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; technical background is advantageous.
• Prior experience managing QA for an operations unit.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities with attention to details.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment; proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop a Quality Assurance process to track centre performance.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, manuals and training documentation.
• Plan, schedule and deliver training for Load Control Officers and new hires.
• Lead or coordinate audits and process reviews for compliance with policies and standards (CAAS, IATA, ICAO).
• Analyze incidents and audits; identify root causes and preventive actions.
• Monitor regulatory updates and technology changes for documentation and training.
• Collaborate with IT, Safety & Security and operations teams on improvements.
• Maintain training records, certifications and audit documentation.
• Support change management during transitions; act as liaison for external inspections.
