Job summary

LanceSoft, Inc. in Selangor, Malaysia is seeking an experienced Lead Java Developer to lead the design, development, and enhancement of scalable enterprise applications on-site.

You will architect microservices with Spring Boot, build cloud-native apps on AWS, implement RESTful APIs, and guide teams through CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and production support. 6+ years of hands-on Java experience required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SQL databases, and application integration.
• Experience with Git and Maven/Gradle.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of enterprise Java applications.
• Design and develop scalable Microservices using Spring Boot.
• Build, deploy, and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with backend systems.
• Lead technical design discussions and mentor development teams.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and support production applications.
