LanceSoft, Inc. seeks an experienced Lead Java Developer to guide the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise Java applications. You will lead a team, design robust microservices, and ensure high-quality software across cloud-native environments.

The role focuses on AWS-based deployments, RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and strong collaboration with stakeholders to drive architectural decisions and best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot & Microservices
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar CI/CD tools
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SQL databases & application integration
• Experience with Git and Maven/Gradle
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving & communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise Java applications
• Design and develop scalable Microservices using Spring Boot
• Build, deploy, and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with backend systems
• Lead technical design discussions and provide technical guidance to developers
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and support production applications
