Job summary
Dialog Group Berhad in Malaysia seeks a senior Instrumentation & Control engineer to lead all I&C activities for EPC projects from detailed engineering through startup. The role calls for deep expertise in instrumentation, control systems, and cross-functional coordination with clients and vendors.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in instrumentation, electrical & electronic, or control systems engineering.
- Registered Professional Engineer is an added advantage.
- 10–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, LNG, Terminal, Refinery or Process Industry.
- Minimum 5 years in EPC/EPCC project execution roles.
- Experience across detailed engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
- Experience with tank terminals, tank farms, pipelines, loading facilities, utilities and associated control systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead all Instrument & Control engineering activities.
- Manage procurement and vendor technical activities.
- Support construction execution and site issue resolution.
- Ensure timely delivery of instrument packages and systems.
- Support commissioning and startup activities.
- Provide technical leadership to the project team.
- Interface with Client, Integrated Project Team, Vendors, and Subcontractors.
