Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Team Lead Geology in Kuala Lumpur to lead regional petroleum exploration, prospect evaluation and reserve assessment. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, supervise well data acquisition, and develop exploration programmes to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geophysics or related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant geology and exploration experience.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with geology and geoscience software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of hydrocarbon potential in new exploration areas and provide technical recommendations.
• Conduct regional studies and basin modelling to identify concession opportunities.
• Perform prospect identification, evaluation and ranking to guide exploration strategy.
• Lead evaluation and monitoring of exploration project activities.
• Supervise geological well data acquisition during drilling operations.
• Develop exploration programmes and identify targets for strategy.
