Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience shaping the visual UI identity of successful commercial games.
• Standout portfolio demonstrating visual taste, composition, typography, iconography and motion in games.
• Proven track record of defining or leading a major visual overhaul from scratch.
• Deep knowledge of global gaming aesthetic trends and premium look.
• Mastery of design and motion tools (Figma, Adobe CC, After Effects) with real-time engines.

Responsibilities

• Audit current in-game UI and define a comprehensive makeover strategy.
• Create a master visual style guide including color theory and typography.
• Define motion standards for transitions, feedback, and micro-interactions.
• Develop high-fidelity visuals, mockups, and prototypes for evaluation.
• Ensure UI aesthetics harmonize with 3D environments and lighting.
• Collaborate with UI engineers to realize vision in-engine with pixel fidelity.
