Job summary

CGS International Securities Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Fixed Income Product Manager to lead development of investment solutions and collaboration with sales teams. You will oversee onboarding, documentation and execution of fixed income transactions for institutional and high-net-worth clients.

The role requires deep knowledge of fixed income markets, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to drive product governance across initiatives and regulatory updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Must possess PPKM membership and PKMC certification.
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in financial treasury market domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with counterparties to support growth.
• Execute fixed income transactions for institutional and HNW clients and source market liquidity for competitive pricing.
• Prepare and deliver fixed income trade ideas and market updates to sales teams and stakeholders.
• Support onboarding, documentation and execution process for fixed income products and transactions.
• Drive product innovation and development of fixed income investment solutions; establish governance frameworks.
• Conduct product training sessions and provide market, regulatory and fixed income updates to sales teams.
