Job summary

ERS Energy Sdn Bhd seeks a Senior Project Engineer to take ownership of engineering delivery on a utility-scale solar construction project. This site-based role requires relocation and travel as project dictates, reporting to the Construction Manager/Project Manager and coordinating between the design team, procurement, subcontractors and the Client.

Your job is to ensure the right drawings and materials meet design intent, track deliverables against milestones, and verify that construction work

Qualifications

Degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
6+ years in EPCC or large-scale construction project delivery.
Experience leading teams and coordinating multi-disciplinary on-site work.

Responsibilities

Review and interpret technical drawings, specs and project documents to secure engineering packages on schedule.
Track deliverables against milestones and flag slippage with corrective actions.
Coordinate with procurement to align equipment with design intent and review vendor submissions.
Monitor material deliveries and interface with logistics and warehouse teams.
Resolve on-site technical issues with subcontractors and Owner's Engineer, ensuring design revisions are communicated and implemented.
