Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a Senior Dental Aide to support the Head of Dental in daily operations, ensuring safe, high‑quality services. You will supervise clinical activities, assist in procedures, manage supplies, and mentor junior staff to elevate patient care and department performance.

Core duties include chairside assistance, infection control, materials preparation, record management, and liaison with procurement and vendors.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar work environment.
• Preferred 2–3 years of experience in a similar setting.
• Familiarity with infection prevention and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist patients for dental procedures per protocol.
• Assist dentist during restorative and surgical procedures at chairside.
• Prepare and manage dental materials, instruments, and sterilization.
• Supervise Dental Aides, ensure quality and infection control.
• Coordinate infection prevention and decontamination protocols.
