Job summary

VAT Manufacturing Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Planner to plan and manage production schedules ensuring on-time delivery while optimizing capacity and quality. You will coordinate production flow, resources and materials to meet customer demand across multiple products.

The role requires ensuring SO acknowledgement, timely order confirmations, and effective communication with stakeholders to maintain data integrity and drive continuous improvement within the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and scheduling to meet delivery deadlines.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional production activities.
• Strong forecasting and capacity planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and optimize capacity.
• Ensure customer order fulfilment and confirm sales orders within 48 hours.
• Drive KPIs such as OTDr, OTDc, factory output, revenue and inventory control.
