Virtuos Kuala Lumpur seeks a dynamic Creative Director to lead a design team through full development from concept to release. You will drive the studio's creative expansion toward ambitious, large-scale projects and have a proven track record as creative director on AAA titles.

With 13+ years in game design and 5+ years in leadership, you will mentor designers, communicate the creative vision, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, immersive experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 2 shipped AAA titles in a leadership position.
• 13+ years of experience in game design, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Interactive Media or related field is desirable.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design team through the full development cycle from concept to release.
• Develop and communicate the creative vision, aligning with project goals.
• Pitch opportunities, communicate game vision to clients/publishers, and build trust.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across disciplines (art, engineering, production).
• Stay abreast of industry trends and drive innovation within the design team.
• Provide feedback and guidance to ensure high-quality final products.
