You will mentor designers, manage stakeholders, stay ahead of industry trends, and ensure high-quality gameplay experiences while fostering an inclusive, performance-driven studio culture.

Qualifications

• Proven leader with track record managing a design team through AAA development cycles.
• Strong communication and collaboration across disciplines.
• Fluent English with excellent presentation and pitching skills.
• Extensive industry network and ability to identify pitching opportunities.
