Job summary

Singtel KL is seeking a Lead, Compute Infra Services to provide technical and people leadership for the OS Platform Services tower (Windows/Linux/Unix) and to serve as the KL People & Site Leader for Compute Infra Services. You will drive platform excellence, governance, automation, and cross-site collaboration to support mission-critical enterprise workloads.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
12+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, or IT Infrastructure Operations in large enterprises.
At least 5 years of proven technical leadership leading large-scale enterprise infrastructure teams with people management and governance responsibilities.
Experience in 24x7 operations, multi-site environments, and ensuring service reliability and availability.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across multiple teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

Lead the OS Platform Services tower (Windows/Linux/Unix) and be the KL People & Site Leader for Compute Infra Services.
Drive end-to-end service delivery, platform availability, and operational excellence.
Castle governance, incident response, root-cause analysis, and continual service improvement initiatives.
Champion automation, IaC, standardization, and platform modernization.
Lead geographically distributed teams and partner with Singapore and KL stakeholders to deliver integrated infrastructure services.
