Job summary
IGB Berhad is seeking a Chargeman to lead a team of Technicians responsible for maintaining building services and electrical/equipment reliability in Kuala Lumpur. The role includes repairs, preventive maintenance, and asset improvement initiatives, with oversight of third-party contractors and strict safety compliance.

- Hands-on troubleshooting of electrical/mechanical issues.
- Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Technicians to ensure electrical and mechanical systems are in good condition and available.
- Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance according to plan.
- Propose improvements for technical progress, upgrading, and controls of company assets.
- Monitor third-party contractors and ensure adherence to safety and legal routines.
- Conduct safe and legal routine checks as per Health and Safety Policy.
