AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad seeks an experienced Dispute & Fraud Investigator to resolve card issuing disputes, manage OFS cases, and coordinate with MasterCard, Visa, and BNM. You will lead investigations, ensure timely reporting, and maximize recoveries while maintaining audit trails.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Finance, Business, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in financial institutions, with at least 5 years in card issuing fraud and dispute management.
Proficient in credit card operations, fraud prevention strategies, chargeback and recovery processes.
Knowledgeable in regulatory guidelines from BNM, Mastercard, and Visa.
Familiar with OFS case preparation and handling.

Responsibilities

Resolve disputes and customer complaints within the stipulated TAT.
Prepare OFS case documentation and handling.
Retrieve CCTV and interview conversations for investigations where applicable.
Timely reporting of fraudulent transactions to MasterCard SAFE, Visa FRP, and BNM.
Lead investigations and manage dispute resolutions, ensuring audit trails.
