Job summary

Sunrise Recruit (CP4U) in Malaysia seeks an AV systems design engineer to gather client requirements and design high-end AV collaboration solutions, including control, video conferencing, UC, and streaming systems.

You will lead tenders, draft proposals, and address technical queries during client interviews; conduct product demonstrations and POC showcases; prepare functional system drawings (Audio, Video, Control, UC) while programming AV control software (Q‑Sys, Crestron, Extron, Kramer).

Qualifications

• Experience in designing AV collaboration solutions is required.
• Ability to lead tenders and draft proposals.
• Familiarity with AV control software (Q‑Sys, Crestron, Extron, Kramer).
• Experience with video conferencing and unified communications is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Gather client requirements and design high-end AV collaboration solutions (control, video conferencing, UC, streaming).
• Act as technical lead for tenders, specifying designs and drafting proposals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and POC showcases to highlight AV/UC capabilities.
• Prepare functional system drawings and program/maintain AV control software.
