Job summary

RoviSys is seeking a Lead Automation/Systems Engineer to serve as a software or hardware lead on projects. This role requires translating functional specifications into control system implementations and mentoring engineers.

The candidate will manage small projects and support training plans for engineers, with opportunities to lead teams of 1-3 people. Responsibilities include developing control system software/hardware solutions, conducting project sizing and documentation, and on-site

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Min. 2 years as an Engineer with exposure to automation.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team environment with engineers, designers, partners and clients to provide state-of-the-art control systems.
• Conduct engineering calculations, system sizing and equipment selection.
• Develop technical documentation such as Control Panels, System Architecture, P&ID, Schematics and Specification docs.
• Define and implement PLC/DCS configurations to meet client needs.
• Testing and on-site commissioning of control systems.
