Job summary

RoviSys is seeking a Lead Automation/Systems Engineer to guide projects, translate specifications into control system implementations, and mentor a team of engineers. The role focuses on both software and hardware aspects of control systems and involves on-site commissioning and client support across Malaysia.

The successful candidate will lead 1–3 person projects, develop system documentation, and contribute to training plans for engineers, with advantageous experience in building automation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Physics.
• Minimum 2 years as an engineer with exposure to automation.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of engineers and technicians to deliver control system solutions.
• Design and implement PLC/DCS configurations to meet client needs.
• Develop technical documentation and schematics for projects.
• Test, commission, and support on-site in Malaysia and abroad.
• Mentor junior engineers and support training plans for the team.
