Job summary
RoviSys is seeking a Lead Automation/Systems Engineer in Malaysia to serve as a software or hardware lead on projects and translate specifications into control system implementations. You will mentor engineers and support training plans while guiding projects from concept to commissioning.
The role includes leading a team on control system solutions, conducting sizing and documentation, and collaborating with partners and clients to improve efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications
- B.S in Engineering, Physics and related fields.
- Min. 2 years as an Engineer with exposure to automation.
Responsibilities
- Work with engineers and designers to provide state of the art Control system.
- Conduct engineering calculations, system sizing and equipment selection.
- Develop technical documentation such as Control Panels, Architecture, P&ID and Schematics.
- Define and implement PLC/DCS configuration to meet client needs.
- Testing and on-site commissioning of control systems.
- Support process control clients at sites in Malaysia and abroad.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians to provide control system solutions.
- Opportunity to manage small-scale projects (1–3 people).
- Experience in building automation, HVAC or related systems is advantageous.
