Job summary

HMI Medical is seeking an experienced API and Integration Lead to design, develop, and run enterprise-grade integration solutions. You will lead a small team of developers, promote API-led connectivity, and drive adoption of best practices across projects.

You will design APIs and integration architectures using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, ensure patterns and governance, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in integration architecture and delivery.
1–2 years of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform experience or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML/JSON and messaging concepts.
Experience with SDLC, CI/CD, cloud platforms and containers.
Experience leading small technical teams and mentoring developers.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of APIs and integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (or equivalent).
Define and enforce integration patterns, governance standards, and best practices.
Guide cross-project decisions to align with the application network strategy.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable integrations.
Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to developers.
Work with architects to align integration strategies with IT roadmap.
Build, test, and deploy integrations; ensure CI/CD and operational practices.
Monitor, optimize and troubleshoot integration services post-deployment.
