AIA Company Limited is seeking a skilled Power Platform and BI developer to design, build, and optimize analytics solutions that empower business decisions across the organization. The role focuses on Power BI, Fabric, and related technologies to deliver scalable data models and impactful dashboards.

You will work across data sources, implement governance, and contribute to AI-driven analytics within the platform, collaborating with IT and business units to drive continuous improvement and value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Platform, and data integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and datasets to support business reporting and decision-making.
• Build and optimize data models, relationships, measures, and KPIs using DAX.
• Create and maintain Power Query transformations and ETL processes; integrate data from Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint, and Azure.

About the Role

Responsible for providing application development and support services to meet AIA's business needs

Power BI / Microsoft Fabric Development (60%)

• - Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models (datasets) to support business reporting and decision-making.
• - Design and implement data models, relationships, measures, calculated columns, and KPIs using DAX.
• - Develop and optimize Power Query (M) transformations, data preparation, and ETL processes.
• - Connect and integrate data from various sources including Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint, Azure services, APIs, and other enterprise systems.
• - Create and maintain interactive visualizations, drill-through reports, paginated reports, and executive dashboards.
• - Monitor and optimize report performance, data refresh schedules, gateway connectivity, and dataset usage.
• - Support row-level security (RLS), workspace management, report deployment, and governance requirements.
• - Assist in Microsoft Fabric capabilities such as Dataflows Gen2, Lakehouse, Warehouse, and Fabric Analytics where applicable.
• - Troubleshoot reporting, data quality, refresh, and performance issues.

Power Platform Development (30%)

• - Develop and maintain Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps) for simple to moderate business requirements.
• - Develop, enhance, and support Power Automate cloud flows, desktop flows, and workflow solutions.
• - Assist in configuring and maintaining Dataverse tables, relationships, forms, and views.
• - Support development activities using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Dataflows, and Web Resources where required.
• - Follow established development standards, governance, and best practices.
• - Investigate and troubleshoot application issues with guidance when required
• - Assist in performing root cause analysis and documenting findings for recurring issues.
• - Prepare and maintain technical documentation, support guides, an knowledge base articles.

Delivery and continuous Improvement (10%)

• - Proactively identify recurring issues and continuous improvement opportunities to enhance platform stability and performance.
• - Copilot / AI bot knowledge is a plus, with a strong willingness to learn, adopt, and support AI‑driven conversational and automation solutions within the Power Platform
