Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Marketing & Sales readiness applications (Cost, Pricing, Account Service).
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve user issues within SLA.
• Lead design and implementation of intelligent operations, including automation and AI tech adoption.
• Coach and mentor team members and collaborate with IT engineers in a DevOps model.
