Job summary

AIA Digital+ Malaysia seeks a Lead Analyst to own end-to-end ETL BAU operations across data pipelines and Azure Cloud. You will lead high-severity incidents, perform SQL investigations, and drive problem resolution while guiding the L2 ETL support team.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in ETL/support, strong data warehousing knowledge, and experience with Informatica, IBM DataStage, and Autosys. The role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders and adherence to IT governance.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in application support, data support, or ETL production environments.
Experience with end-to-end ETL production support and service ownership.
Strong incident leadership and operational decision-making.
Excellent stakeholder communication during critical incidents.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end ETL BAU operations, ensuring data availability and SLA adherence.
Lead production incidents, perform RCA, and drive recovery actions.
Provide functional leadership to L2 ETL support and coordinate workloads.
Coordinate with Infrastructure, vendors, and partners for issue resolution.
Ensure SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge bases are maintained and improved.
