Responsibilities

• Conduct financial needs analysis and understand clients’ protection needs
• Provide information and advice on suitable financial protection and takaful solutions
• Explain solutions such as Medical Card, Hibah, Critical Illness, Savings and Retirement Planning
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Conduct follow-ups and provide ongoing after-sales service
• Develop networking and prospecting activities
• Attend training, coaching sessions and team development activities
• Maintain professional standards and comply with relevant regulatory requirements
