• Conduct financial needs analysis and understand clients’ protection needs
• Provide information and advice on suitable financial protection and takaful solutions
• Explain solutions such as Medical Card, Hibah, Critical Illness, Savings and Retirement Planning
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Conduct follow-ups and provide ongoing after-sales service
• Develop networking and prospecting activities
• Attend training, coaching sessions and team development activities
• Maintain professional standards and comply with relevant regulatory requirements

RINTIZ PROGRAM

The RintiZ Program is an entry-level talent development programme by AIA designed to support new individuals who are looking to start their career as a Life Planner or Takaful Advisor.

KEY BENEFITS

• Monthly Allowance
  Eligible participants may receive an allowance of up to RM3,600 per month for up to 18 months, subject to programme requirements, sales performance and applicable terms and conditions.
• Sales Commission
  Opportunity to earn additional income through sales commissions, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
