Responsibilities include client needs assessments, offering Takaful solutions, building relationships, and proactive lead generation. Training, mentorship, and flexible working arrangements are provided to support growth.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates and experienced candidates welcome.
• No prior Takaful Industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and protection needs discussions with individuals, families and business owners.
• Introduce and explain suitable Takaful solutions based on clients’ needs and financial objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Generate leads through personal networking, referrals, social media and other marketing activities.
• Arrange appointments and conduct consultations with prospective clients.
• Follow up with prospects and clients professionally.
• Assist clients with Takaful applications and documentation.
• Provide continuous service and policy reviews to existing clients.
• Develop your own client portfolio and professional network.
• Participate in team meetings, training, coaching and company activities.
• Keep up to date with Takaful products, industry knowledge and professional requirements.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards when dealing with clients.
