Job summary

Shopee Malaysia is seeking a Fleet/Logistics Coordinator to manage daily parcel operations and driver tasks in Kuala Lumpur. You will delegate tasks, coordinate daily activities with drivers, and ensure timely delivery with a focus on customer service.

Ideal candidates have leadership and communication skills, basic Excel, and a background in logistics. Shift-based work, local travel, and adaptive, agile teamwork are expected in a fast-paced e-commerce logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates based in Perak are encouraged to apply
• Willing to work in a rotational shift basis depending on business needs
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience in logistics operations would be an advantage
• Familiarity with postcodes/routing/mapping would be of good use
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Able to adapt in an agile environment
• Fast learner, comfortable with a dynamic environment
• Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on the number of headcounts
• Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure all delivery activities are carried out in a timely manner
• Monitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer service
• Assist the fleet team lead in deployment and training of new drivers where applicable
• Monitor and report KPI compliance
• Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection
