OSK Property Holdings Berhad is seeking a dedicated Landscape Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of landscaping projects within budget, safety guidelines and quality standards across OSK Property developments.

The role requires setting up and managing the landscape team, overseeing consultants and contractors, and ensuring project success with sustainability in landscape design. On-site presence and travel to project locations are expected.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Management, Horticulture or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in landscape project management, preferably in property development or related consultancy.
• Experience overseeing on-site landscape works for residential, commercial or mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of softscape and hardscape works.
• Familiarity with local authority requirements and landscape submission approvals.
• Experience handling landscape budgets, progress claims and project schedules.
• Ability to monitor site progress, workmanship, quality standards and compliance with landscape plans.
• Willingness to be based on-site and travel between project locations.

• Ensure completion of landscape works and township landscape maintenance within budget and high quality.
• Assist superior in tender/contract management for landscape works.
• Liaise with authorities for CCC if required.
• Carry out other duties as instructed by Management.

This role will be hired under the property development arm of the OSK Group, namely OSK Property Holdings Berhad.

OSK Property is responsible for property development and project execution, primarily for developments within the OSK Group, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use project.

We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Manager to assist superior in managing and supervising the planning, execution and delivery of OSK Property’s landscaping projects to ensure completion of work within budget, safety guideline and quality standards.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

To set up and manage landscape team for maintenance and installation.

To oversee/ supervise the work of the landscape consultants and contractors.

To conduct regular maintenance checking on matter relating to landscape on various projects.

To conduct landscape maintenance performance monitoring or audit for various projects.

To review consultants' design on the suitability of trees/ shrubs species proposed to ensure sustainability.

To monitor and manage landscape team operational cost within budget.

To ensure completion of projects (landscape works) and township landscape maintenance within budget and high-quality standard.

To assist superior in tender/ contract management for landscape works.

To liaise with authority department for landscape Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) if required.

To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :

Diploma or Degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Management, Horticulture or a related discipline.

Minimum 8-10 years of relevant working experience in landscape project management, preferably within property development, landscape contractor consultancy firm.

Experience in overseeing on-site landscape works for residential, commercial or mixed-development projects.

Strong knowledge of softscape (planting, trees, shrubs) and hardscape (paving, walkways, outdoor features) works.

Familiarity with local authority requirements and landscape submission approvals.

Experience handling landscape budgets, progress claims and project schedules.

Able to monitor site progress, workmanship, quality standards and compliance with approved landscape plans and specifications

Willing to be based on-site and travel between project locations when required.
