Job summary

Amserve Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a laboratory professional to maintain facilities, uphold ISO 17025 QMS, and conduct sampling and testing across hydrocarbon, water, and gas matrices. The role emphasizes data accuracy for production surveillance and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain laboratory facilities to ensure safety, continuous operation, and regulatory compliance.
• Sustain the laboratory’s Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 17025 requirements.
• Continuously improve work processes through CI practices.
• Collaborate with Senior Process Chemist and OGP Lab Supervisor to implement SEAM EQP processes.
• Perform sampling, site testing, and laboratory analysis as required.
• Provide accurate laboratory data for production surveillance, optimization, reporting, and compliance.
• Conduct experiments to investigate and improve production performance.
• Execute routine and non-routine sampling and site testing tasks.
• Hands-on experience in hydrocarbon, water and gas test methods.

Job description

1. Maintain laboratory facilities to ensure safety, continuous operation, and regulatory compliance.

2. Sustain the laboratory’s Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 17025

requirements.

3. Continuously improve work processes through CI (Continuous Improvement) practices.

4. In collaboration with the Senior Process Chemist and OGP Lab Supervisor, implement and sustain

SEAM EQP processes to ensure product quality and compliance with legislative requirements.

5. Perform sampling, site testing, and laboratory analysis as required.

6. Ensure the provision of accurate laboratory data for production surveillance, optimization,

regulatory reporting, project delivery, and legal/commercial compliance.

7. Conduct experiments and studies to investigate and improve production performance.

8. Execute both routine and non-routine sampling and site testing tasks.

9.Hands-on experience in performing variety of hydrocarbon, water and gas test methods
