Job summary

BIZLINK INTERCONNECT TECHNOLOGY ( INDIA ) PRIVATE LIMITED in Penang seeks a Laboratory Testing and Quality Control assistant to support finished product testing, quality checks, and CAPA activities.

Ideal candidates have a science background or degree, are open to fresh graduates, and can coordinate testing plans, instruct technicians, and work as part of a team while speaking Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for laboratory activities including testing and quality control of finished products.
• Lead coordination of test work and perform failure analysis and CAPA.
• Create new operating instructions for machines/tests and guide technicians.
• Assist in planning and scheduling testing in advance.
• Support production outside working hours.
• Capable of working in a good team culture.

Job description

• Responsible for a wide range of laboratory activities, including aspects of testing and quality control of finished products.
• Willing to take on challenges in handling new projects, especially in carrying out and understanding the new project requirements.
• Take initiative on testing equipment required in the test plan and schedule the testing in advance.
• Take a role as a leader in coordinating test work, working out failure analysis and CAPA.
• Create new operating instructions for new machine/testing and provide guidance for technicians on machine handling.
• Candidate preferable to have a science background or a degree in Science.
• Those experienced in laboratory work will be shortlisted.
• Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Able to support production outside working hours.
• Capable of working in a good team culture and able to speak Chinese fluently.
