Job summary

KL-Kepong Oleomas Sdn Bhd is seeking an administrative support person to assist both main and site laboratories with filing, typing and courier tasks. You will handle Customer Sample Requests, COA preparation and timely reporting for QA and product quality monitoring.

Candidate should have at least 1 year in admin; diploma/SKM is welcome, and familiarity with QA/QC/ISO is an advantage. On-site position in Selangor, Malaysia with normal working hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in admin environment.
• Candidate with SKM / Diploma in any related fields welcome to apply.
• Experience in QA, QC and ISO is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible on administrative support in main laboratory and site laboratory (filing, typing, handling incoming and outgoing fax, mail courier and etc.)
• Responsible on Customer’s Sample Request, delivery on time.
• Responsible for COA preparation for Customer’s Sample Request according to product specification.
• Ensure timely in generation on QA Monthly Report and Product Quality Monitoring Report for finished products.
• Collection Delivery Order and Verify invoices before submission to Finance department.
• Update laboratory staff training records and attendance to Human Resources department.
• Performing Lab Safety and Housekeeping program in the laboratory.
