Qualifications

• 8–10 years blending Talent Acquisition and HR generalist skills within the energy, oil & gas, engineering, or industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the hands‑on HR lead for the Kuala Lumpur office, reporting to the Senior HR Lead based in Europe and balancing daily operations with recruitment.
• Manage the complete employee life‑cycle, overseeing contracts, employee relations, local labour law compliance, and vendor management (payroll, benefits, visas).
• Lead end‑to‑end hiring for technical, project‑based, and specialist roles, while tracking recruitment KPIs and maintaining strong talent pipelines.
• Collaborate directly with local managers on staffing priorities, organisational structure, on‑boarding, and day‑to‑day people management.
• Build and leverage professional networks within the regional energy, oil & gas, and industrial sectors to support talent acquisition.
