Job summary

Danone Business Services APAC in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an I2C Analyst to ensure healthy cash flow and strong customer relationships for the Korean market. You will own invoicing, apply GST/VAT, manage cash application, and handle collections while collaborating with regional and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• At least 4 years in an SSC environment in a multinational company; migration/transition experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Korean and English; strong accounting knowledge and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead invoicing services, issue bills, adjust and resolve discrepancies per policy.
• Ensure invoices are accurate, timely, and compliant with the SLA.
• Apply GST/VAT/Service Tax correctly on revenue and invoices.
• Manage cash application and match payments to invoices.
• Perform collections and dunning for overdue invoices.
• Escalate issues and support audit readiness and compliance.
