Job summary

Danone Business Services APAC (DBS APAC) in Malaysia seeks a detail‑oriented Accounts Receivable specialist to strengthen Invoice-to-Cash processes across the region. You will allocate payments, follow up on overdue invoices, and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to optimize cash flow.

With 2+ years in AR or credit management, you will analyze customer credit, manage limits, and support month‑end close while upholding internal controls. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years in Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, I2C, or related finance.
• Good understanding of I2C processes, AR, and credit management practices.
• Experience in FMCG/beverage or nutrition sectors is a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage timely payment allocation by matching payments against invoices.
• Proactively follow up on overdue invoices to improve cash collection.
• Record and resolve customer claims with stakeholders to secure payment.
• Perform customer credit assessments and manage credit limits.
• Support TTM activities and forecasting in DTO processes.
• Assist month-end closing with accrual accuracy.
• Ensure invoices are issued accurately, completely, and on time.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Support finance transformation and internal controls.
