Ecolab in Malaysia is seeking a Safety and Stewardship professional to support Hazard communication and SDS work across Asia Pacific, including Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Japan and SEA markets.

You will create Safety Data Sheets, coordinate SDS maintenance, and drive SAP-driven process improvements while guiding classification under GHS and handling stakeholder queries with precision and timeliness. Fluency in English and Korean is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry is required.
• 1–3 years multinational Product Safety/Stewardship experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in stakeholder management is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Korean; strong communication.
• Proficient in data management and detail orientation.
• Familiarity with SAP, Excel, and regulatory databases.

Responsabilités

• Create Safety Data Sheets for Asia Pacific countries and coordinate SDS maintenance.
• Own SAP-driven process improvements; develop tools, policies and strategies for SDS workflow.
• Address hazard communication queries from business and customers promptly.
• Classify products under GHS and advise on classification to business.
• Support leadership with special projects and stakeholder management.
