A global logistics company in Selangor is looking for a Sales Representative with over 10 years of sales experience in the logistics sector. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, managing customer relationships, and driving sales through effective solution offerings. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proven sales track record, and an understanding of the ocean freight forwarding market. Proficiency in Korean is essential to support communication with Korean clients.
Meet and exceed allocated sales targets by engaging with customers through different channels, determining the specific needs of the prospect, promoting company's freight forwarding service, digital platform to develop and acquire new business opportunities.
Handle all customers' enquiries related to on-boarding and sales operation process as well as managing customer relationship to deliver high level of customer satisfaction.

Handle all customers' enquiries related to on-boarding and sales operation process as well as managing customer relationship to deliver high level of customer satisfaction.
- Driving sales
Offer shipping solutions and promote digital platform value proposition to customers based on their needs and capabilities.
Handle customer quotation request; negotiate prices and terms with customers.
Follow up with customers to convert quote enquiry to actual shipment booking.
Identify sales leads to develop new business opportunity.
Up‑selling and cross‑selling existing customers to generate more sales.
- Customer on‑boarding process
Act as customer on‑boarding contact window to introduce and educate company digital platform and services to new customers.
Support customer end‑to‑end implementation including resolving customer technical problems or enquiries.
Lead the collaboration among internal departments to ensure that each piece of the on‑boarding journey of customer is smooth.
- Account management
Own and manage customer relationships from the point of sale through successful implementation.
Engage with customers and create a positive relationship with them.
- Education / Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred.
More than 10 years + sales experience in logistics industry.
Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and problem‑solving skill.
In‑depth knowledge of ocean freight forwarding market and operation.
Multi‑tasking and cross‑functional collaboration capability.
Highly self‑motivated and driven.
Korean speaking ability is required to support Korean customers and internal communication.
- SKILLS / Preference
Experience in Freight (Air, Ocean & Land) & Contract Logistics is a must.
Prefer work experience as team leader in global logistics company.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
