Job summary

Valiram, a Southeast Asia luxury retail leader, is seeking a Marketing Manager - KLIA to drive commercial growth and brand visibility across its KLIA portfolio. You will lead end-to-end marketing strategy, campaigns, and airport partnerships to maximize sales, passenger conversion, and brand impact.

The role requires 5–8 years of luxury retail or FMCG marketing experience, strong stakeholder management, and a commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or degree in any discipline required.
• 5–8 years of management experience in luxury retail, lifestyle brands, FMCG or similar.
• Strong background in sales, marketing and campaign execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and PBT across assigned brands and concepts.
• Plan, execute and manage marketing calendars, campaigns and activations.
• Lead major airport-wide campaigns and seasonal initiatives.
• Manage budget planning, controls and ROI tracking.
• Oversee VM, POP execution and in-store branding.
• Analyse passenger traffic data to inform strategy.
• Liaise with airport authorities, suppliers and brand partners.
• Execute cross-brand collaborations to enhance engagement.
• Support digital, social and promotional initiatives.
• Ensure world-class shopping ambience and positive mystery shopper results.
