Job summary

Marssenger Malaysia is hiring a motivated Sales Consultant for our Kuala Lumpur flagship showroom. You will engage customers planning homes, renovations, and upgrades, and demonstrate our premium integrated kitchen appliances.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, are target-driven, and comfortable with commissions. Weekend work and driving license are a plus, and bilingual ability in English and Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Retail Sales, Showroom Sales, Property, Interior Design, Kitchen, Furniture or Home Appliances is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented and motivated by commission and incentives
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good command of English and Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers visiting our showroom
• Understand customers' kitchen, renovation and lifestyle needs
• Introduce and demonstrate our premium integrated kitchen appliances
• Conduct product presentations and showroom demonstrations
• Recommend suitable products based on customers' requirements
• Follow up with leads through WhatsApp, phone calls and other channels
• Prepare quotations and follow through the sales process from enquiry to closing
• Maintain good relationships with customers and follow up on potential sales
• Work closely with the installation and after-sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
