Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive outlet attendant to join our kiosk team. You will manage cashier responsibilities, handle customer orders accurately, and ensure a welcoming checkout experience.

You will also prepare food and beverages per SOPs, maintain cleanliness in kiosk and service areas, assist with opening/closing procedures, monitor stock levels, and deliver courteous, professional customer service to guests.

Qualifications

• Prepare food, snacks, beverages, and other menu items in line with established SOPs
• Ensure the kiosk, kitchen, and service areas are kept clean and hygienic
• Assist with daily outlet opening and closing procedures
• Check inventory levels and support regular stock replenishment
• Deliver courteous, responsive, and professional customer service
• Work closely with team members to maintain efficient and smooth outlet operation
