Teach foundational literacy, numeracy, communication, and social skills.
Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
Encourage creativity, curiosity, independence, and problem-solving skills.
Create and maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment.
Establish positive classroom routines and behavior expectations.
Supervise children during classroom activities, meals, outdoor play, and transitions.
Ensure all classroom materials and resources are well maintained.
Observe, assess, and document children's progress and developmental milestones.
Maintain accurate student records and portfolios.
Identify learning, behavioral, or developmental concerns and communicate them appropriately.
Develop individualized support strategies when needed.
Build positive and professional relationships with parents and guardians.
Provide regular updates on children's progress, behavior, and achievements.
Conduct parent-teacher conferences and meetings.
Respond promptly and professionally to parent inquiries and concerns.
Ensure children's safety and well-being at all times.
