Four Seasons Langkawi is seeking a Kids Club Attendant to deliver a safe, fun, and engaging experience for young guests. You will organize age-appropriate activities, maintain a clean, welcoming environment, and uphold the highest safety standards in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience with children in educational, recreational, or hospitality settings.
• Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Education, Childcare, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Welcome children and their families in a warm and friendly manner.
• Organize and conduct indoor and outdoor activities (arts, crafts, games, storytelling, nature).
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of Kids Club areas and equipment.
• Handle incidents calmly following safety protocols.
• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly.

About The Role

As a Kids fir All Seasons Attendant (Kids Club Attendant), you will be responsible for delivering a safe, fun, and engaging experience for children staying at the resort. You will organize and lead age-appropriate activities, ensure a clean and welcoming environment, and uphold the highest standards of safety and guest service in line with luxury resort expectations.

What You Will Do

• Welcome children and their families in a warm and friendly manner. Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times within the Kids Club.
• Organize and conduct fun, educational, and engaging indoor and outdoor activities (e.g., arts & crafts, games, storytelling, nature walks).
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all Kids Club areas, equipment, and toys
• Handle incidents calmly and appropriately following safety and emergency protocols.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or incidents to the Supervisor promptly.

What You Bring

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with children and families
• A minimum of 1–2 years’ experience working with children in an educational, recreational, or hospitality setting.
• Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Education, Childcare, or related field required.
• Creative, patient, energetic, and highly responsible.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in Mandarin, Russian or French.
