Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Langkawi is offering internship opportunities in Rooms Division, Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B Service and Culinary. Interns will receive on-site training, work with a diverse team, and gain exposure to luxury service standards in a renowned resort environment.

Candidates should have a passion for hospitality education, be open to full-time/part-time internship, and be prepared for a dynamic, guest-centric work culture in Langkawi, Kedah, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• On-the-job training in Rooms Division, Front Office, F&B Service and Kitchen operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests and colleagues.
• Additional languages (Mandarin, German, Russian or French) are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Undergo on-the-job training in Housekeeping, Front Office, Restaurants & Bar and Kitchen operations.
• Communicate effectively in English with guests and team members; additional languages are a plus.
• Work in a multicultural team with flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Learn and adapt to Four Seasons benchmark service standards.
• Learn to use hospitality systems; training will be provided.

About the role

Four Seasons Resort Langkawi is looking for passionate internship students in Rooms Division - Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Division - F&B Service and Culinary (Kitchen). Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

What you will do

• On the job training in Housekeeping, Front Office, Restaurants & Bar and Kitchen operations.

• Able to communicate effectively in English with both internal and external guests. Additional language of Mandarin, German, Russian or French will be advantage.

• Ability to work in a multicultural team with flexible work schedule in the shifts and during weekends.

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly as per the Four Seasons benchmark standards of service.

• Able to use the computers and other hospitality systems, training will be provided.
