Job summary

You will travel to Johor HQ, review contracts, and assist in pricing strategies while maintaining strong customer satisfaction. English and Mandarin communication are essential in this market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in food ingredients or related industries.
• Experience managing distributors, key accounts, and industrial customers.
• Willing to travel frequently to Johor HQ and communicate in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and distributor relationships through regular visits and after-sales support.
• Promote company products and identify sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, sales forecasts, and reports.
• Achieve sales targets and support business growth.
• Review contracts and recommend pricing strategies.
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
