Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Hospitality Ltd in Malaysia seeks a sales-focused professional to drive new business opportunities and expand the customer base in Subang Jaya. The role emphasizes acquiring new customers, managing distributors, and defining market demands through surveys and competitive analysis.

You will maintain key client relationships with regular visits, develop channel partner strategies, analyze market data and pricing, and ensure excellent customer service to grow market share in the region.

Responsibilities

• Acquiring of new customers (deals, distributors) and new business opportunities
• Establish necessary sales strategies, market surveys and competitor analysis to define market demands for products, systems and services and adapt approach.
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• Developing sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential channel partners
• Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
• Providing fast, reliable and experienced customer service support and user experience
• Manage sales and collections in the assigned areas.
• Maintain and increase existing market share in covered region.
• Develop and grow new and existing customers
