Job description

This role involves supporting day-to-day video production and post-production workflows, with a focus on video editing, AIGC (AI-generated content) integration, and creative collaboration. You will work across the full production pipeline, from raw footage organization through to final delivery, while developing expertise in both traditional editing and emerging AI-powered visual content generation.

Key responsibilities

Support day-to-day video production, including raw footage organization, rough cuts, and simple revisions

Add accurate subtitles, background music, and sound effects with basic visual and audio adjustments

Maintain clean project folder structures, asset libraries, file naming conventions, and version control

Incorporate team feedback efficiently while building a deep understanding of post-production workflows

Collaborate with the team to generate synthetic images and video clips using AIGC tools based on project creative briefs

Research reference materials, prompt variations, and curate the highest-quality AI-generated assets

Integrate selected AI-generated visual materials into final video edits and cross-channel marketing content

Participate in team creative brainstorms and contribute fresh content ideas for brand campaigns and social channels

Stay updated on emerging visual trends, creative editing techniques, and new AI production software

About you

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma/degree in Film, Digital Media, Creative Multimedia, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, or a related field

A strong portfolio, showreel, or sample of video/visual work demonstrating basic editing skills

Curiosity, high adaptability, and a genuine eagerness to learn new technologies and workflows

Basic hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop, or Illustrator (preferred)

Prior experience or personal experimentation generating images or videos using AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Sora, Pika, or Stable Diffusion (preferred)

Experience creating short-form vertical videos, reels, and engaging captions tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts (preferred)

Basic knowledge of camera operations, studio/location lighting, audio recording equipment, or set assistance (preferred)
