A leading technology solutions provider is seeking a Junior System Engineer to design and maintain IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Computer Science or related field, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a good understanding of infrastructure architecture. Responsibilities include troubleshooting systems and providing timely solutions to customer issues. Candidates who can speak Mandarin are preferred and must possess their own transport. This position offers opportunities for fresh graduates.
Design, implement, troubleshoot, analyze, support, and maintain a range of IT systems, including Windows environments, server/OS utilization, virtualization platforms, Active Directory (AD), and backup/recovery solutions.
Develop, maintain, and support the organization’s technical infrastructure, including hardware and system software components.
Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of system hardware/software both on-site and via remote support.
Configure, debug, and manage multiple infrastructure platforms and ensure their performance and availability.
Conduct high-level root cause analysis of service interruptions and implement preventive measures to reduce future occurrences.
Provide timely and professional solutions to customer infrastructure issues.
Serve as a liaison with vendors and internal IT teams to resolve technical issues effectively.
Prepare and compile accurate and up-to-date project documentation and reports.

Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve server and infrastructure-related issues.
Good understanding of infrastructure architecture and system schematics.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects from design to deployment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to client sites when required.
Candidates who are able to speak Mandarin are preferred for client liaison.
