AURORA HARRIET COSMETICS is seeking a Junior Social Media & Content Executive to join our growing startup. You will participate in the full content process, from planning monthly posts to creating and editing videos for TikTok and Instagram, with hands-on campaigns and product launches.

You should be a fresh graduate or have 0–2 years of experience, with a passion for visuals, trends, and social media. No seniority required; learn, grow, and build a real portfolio as you contribute end-to-end

Are you a fresh graduate who is creative, loves TikTok and Instagram, and wants to build a career in social media and content creation?

We’re looking for a Junior Social Media & Content Executive to join our growing startup.

This is not a senior management position. We are specifically looking for someone at the junior / entry level who is eager to learn, take ownership and grow with the business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will be involved in the full content process, including:

• Plan and organise monthly social media content
• Create content for TikTok & Instagram
• Assist with video shooting and content production
• Edit short-form videos and reels
• Write captions and develop creative content ideas
• Schedule and publish social media content
• Monitor content performance and engagement
• Assist with campaigns, promotions and product launches
• Research current TikTok, Instagram and social media trends
• Help develop new ideas to grow our online presence

• Are a fresh graduate or have 0–2 years of experience
• Enjoy TikTok, Instagram and creating content
• Have a good eye for visuals and trends
• Are comfortable being in front of or behind the camera
• Can use CapCut, Canva or similar tools
• Are creative and willing to experiment
• Are proactive and willing to learn
• Can work independently once given direction
• Want to build a strong content and social media portfolio

You do not need years of experience.

We care more about your creativity, attitude, willingness to learn and potential.

Unlike a large company where you may only handle one small part of the process, you’ll have the opportunity to experience real startup marketing from end to end.

We are looking for someone who wants to learn, grow and build something with us, rather than someone looking for a senior-level position.

If you’re looking for a senior Social Media Manager / Marketing Manager position with a higher salary range, this role may not be the right fit.
