Job summary

Strada Inc. is seeking an SAP HCM Data Consultant in Kuala Lumpur to join our Data Migration team. You will execute data migration steps under the DM Lead, handling extraction, transformation, validation, and loading of HR data for payroll countries, while ensuring quality and reconciliation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, up to 5 years IT experience, and a willingness to travel. English proficiency and teamwork are essential for success in our global delivery model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or MBA from a recognized institution.
• 0–5 years of experience in IT-related projects or environments.
• Willing to work in shifts and in a global delivery model.
• Strong team player with ability to collaborate across projects.
• Basic understanding of HRIS concepts and data migration processes.
• Familiarity with HRIS technologies such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, SAP HCM, PeopleSoft, and Payroll.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, MS Access, or similar data-handling tools.
• Authorized to travel for business as required; proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Data Migration Lead through all phases of data migration.
• Prepare and execute DM templates following client standards.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation using defined tools.
• Review client data files for quality and readiness before loading.
• Load data to testing and production environments; maintain load tracker and report results.
• Provide validation reports and assist with client data sign-off.
• Share experience and propose improvements to templates and loading approaches.
• Support multiple concurrent projects.
