Bank Islam is seeking a customer-oriented professional at the BDC to transact with customers and promote bank products and services, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism in daily operations.

You will work with the Supervisor and Acting Supervisor to drive cross-product sales, handle complaints efficiently, and contribute to meeting revenue targets through proactive teamwork and disciplined back-office support.

Responsabilités

• Transact with customers, products and services of the bank that is designated to BDC
• Proactive with a positive and active sales approach to delivering the products and services at the BDC.
• Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and efficiency in handling and resolving customers’ complaints and issues
• Work as a team at the BDC, with the Supervisor and Acting Supervisor’s guidance to increase sales and achieve revenue target
• Actively involved in the cross-product sales activities of the Bank’s products and services that have been approved for cross selling at the BDC.
• Back Office and Administration (where applicable / required):
• Update daily trading rates
• Ensuring reconciliation and submission carried out by the stipulated timeline
• Perform housekeeping and ensure proper management and control of documents. Avoid exposure and exercise caution on all confidential information.
