Job summary

Jora Malaysia is offering an internship in Kuala Lumpur to support the sales team with order processing, data management, and project coordination in a fast-paced multinational setting.

The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate or student, proficient in Microsoft Excel, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication is required. Training provided and five working days per week.

Qualifications

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Internship experience in project coordination or administrative support is an added advantage.
Good with calculations and Microsoft Excel.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Sales Order & Quotation Processing: Prepare, process, and track sales quotations, purchase orders (POs), invoices, and related documentation accurately.
Data Management & Excel Reporting: Perform numerical calculations, maintain customer records, and compile sales data/reports using Microsoft Excel.
Administrative & Project Support: Assist the sales team with daily operations, project coordination, filing, and managing administrative workflows.
Customer & Cross-Functional Liaison: Handle client inquiries via phone or email, follow up on order statuses, and coordinate with internal departments (e.g., finance, supply chain).
Workflow & Schedule Management: Coordinate meetings, organize sales team schedules, and support ad-hoc administrative tasks in a fast-paced MNC environment.
